Accounts Receivable integrates automatically with INMASS/MRP General Ledger, Inventory Control, and Sales Order Entry programs.

• Flexible Account Management: Each customer can be set to Open Item or Balance Forward.
• After-the-fact Invoices which are not actually printed on the computer can be entered.

  • Up to 20 price levels for each inventory item if you are using invoicing with the Inventory Control program.
  • A standard discount can be assigned to each customer.
  • A discount matrix containing customer and product classes can be used to alter the standard discount.
  • At the time an invoice is entered, the operator can override the price calculated by any of the above methods.
• Flexible Aging: Aging periods are user-defined. For instance, aging could be 30-60-90 or 7-14-21. Aging is calculated daily.
• Flexible Statement Printing: Statements can be printed for all customers, or for just those customers that are at least a certain number of days overdue or only those with a balance due.
• Integrates with other INMASS/MRP programs: Customer invoices can be entered automatically through the Order Entry program. Receivables summaries can be posted to the General Ledger at any time: daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Interfaces with outside programs: Produces ASCII copies of invoices and customer files which can be read by word processing programs for use in preparing dunning letters, etc.
